Avena Sativa is wild oats which is harvested in the milky stage. References to the sexually stimulating effects of wild oats have been found up to 200 years ago in the German Pharmacopoeia.
Avena Sativa works by freeing up testosterone, the hormone responsible for sex drive in both males and females. When testosterone is freed from its binding receptors, nature takes it course by stimulating sexual interest in both men and women.
